As part of our commitment to inclusion and greater diversity within our industry, we were delighted to join the Women in Finance Charter in 2022.
What is the Women in Finance Charter?
We feel that a balanced workforce is good for business and culture and it aligns well with our Brand Values.
We want to attract, employ and retain a diverse and adaptable team and we’re passionate about supporting the initiatives of the Charter.
What do we commit to?
We are committed to maintaining the following:
✔ Having one member of our Senior Executive Team who is responsible and accountable for gender diversity and inclusion and ensuring their pay is linked to the delivery of these targets.
Our Progress so far…
We signed up to the Charter in February 2022 and since this date have have increased the proportion of the Senior Management Team being female to 50% and have continued the appointment of a Senior Member of the Executive Team who is responsible and accountable for gender diversity and inclusion.

This approach reflects our belief that finance should support progress, not create pressure.
