I joined SWBF in 2017 and oversee compliance, marketing, human resources and business operations. My role is focused on supporting our team, ensuring the business runs smoothly and helping us continue to deliver excellent outcomes for our clients.

I enjoy the variety that comes with working in a growing business and love being involved in everything from compliance and people development to marketing and strategic projects. Being part of a business that puts relationships, expertise and client service at the heart of everything it does is what makes SWBF such a rewarding place to be.

Outside of work, I'm kept busy by my two young sons and am always happy to discover a great new restaurant!
